Overview
Health Promotion are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator to support the Training Team. The post will be based at Haig House, Cameron Hospital, Windygates.
The Health Promotion Service lead on approaches and services which maintain and improve health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities. This covers the life course, early years and children, adults and older adults.
We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills preferably within the NHS / H&SCP environment, who enjoys working in a busy service as part of a team. You will require good attention to detail and friendly, helpful manner.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages is essential. You must enjoy working with a wide range of people and have excellent communication and organisational skills. A flexible approach will be essential as will the ability to deal with the competing demands of the post.
A qualification in administration and significant administrative experience required.
Knowledge of NHS systems or previous experience of working in a health care setting would be advantageous.
