Overview
The Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in Dunstable are looking to recruit a full time Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will be part of a small administrative team who operates as the first point of contact for service users, carers, multidisciplinary colleagues, and other organisations. The post will involve the provision of a full range of clerical and administrative support to the CMHT including reception duties and the management of incoming and outgoing communication (mail, emails, letters/reports and telephone calls). We are looking for a self-motivated, confident person who is able to take initiative, work flexibly, and effectively prioritise tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of high quality clinical services.
