    Location: The service encourages flexible working and believes that work is what you do not where you do it. The role will be based at Salisbury Headquarters with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location approximately 1 day a week for key activities and meetings

    As an Administrator in the Strategic Planning and Programme team you will:

    Provide administration and support to ensure the delivery of the Service’s programme of projects and Strategic Planning

    Maintain a register and clear understanding of the projects and Service improvement activities across the Service

    Monitor progress and complete a quarterly review and evaluation of the programme, providing assurance that the objectives, deliverables and timeframes are being met

    Quality assure reports and documents for publication

    Provide support on the use of the Service’s performance reporting software (Sycle) and support with the resolution of issues

    Have the opportunity to undertake a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship to complement the skills required in the role

    Other Information:
    You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post

    The role has an occasional travel requirement
