We are looking to appoint an Assistant Safeguarding Officer to join our Safeguarding team to support them in the essential work they do for our school communities.
The successful candidate will be driven, a team player and have excellent communication skills especially when interacting with young people. They must be able to work with a range of external agencies and be able to work both independently and under pressure. The capacity to work methodically with accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
The post encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including meeting with parents and representatives from external agencies, therefore comes with an expectation of professional standards as well as administrative capacity.
