Are you looking for a new role where you can genuinely make a difference to people’s lives?
We are looking for people with patience, resilience and professionalism to working alongside the Police in custody suites, caring for detainees – many of whom are some of the most vulnerable people in society. We look for people with the communication and interpersonal skills to support colleagues, work together in teams and deliver an exceptional service to our detainees every day.
Previous experience of dealing sensitively with a wide variety of people who have been agitated, confused or angry would be an advantage, but we’ll train you in full on an Initial Training Course even without previous experience.
Mitie Care & Custody is the market-leader in outsourced Police services in the UK. Our philosophy is all about delivering the Exceptional Every Day to the people in our care whilst providing you training, development, and career opportunities: and that can often mean valued experience if you want to eventually join the Police force.
