Located in an idyllic location overlooking a calm loch with outstanding views of the Scottish Highlands, this hotel is renowned for its spectacular position and grand exterior. Featuring boutique suites, a fine dining restaurant serving delicious Scottish produce and two relaxing bars, there is plenty to see and do within the hotel and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities as the Bar and Waiting Assistant
As the new Bar and Waiting Assistant, you will be responsible for serving breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee and dinner in a professional and polite manner to the hotels clientele. You will work alongside the team to ensure that all tables are set in a presentable and consistent way to ensure that all dining areas are ready for service at all times.
Within this role, you will assist the wider team with the preparation of drinks, as well as clearing and cleaning glasses when required. You’ll ensure that optimum cleanliness and hygiene levels are achieved whilst also replenishing the bar and restaurant supplies.
In joining this incredible client, you will fully co-operate with the training provided to ensure you are confident and competent within your role.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The role requires a talented, guest-focused Food and Beverage Assistant, ideally with previous experience in a high-end establishment, although not essential. Of greatest importance is attitude, personality and a desire to progress in your career.
