The Greenwich business support team is seeking a band 5 business support officer to work in a small team providing governance and business support to the ICBs operations within the borough. Key responsibilities of this role will include provision of administration support to meetings – including arranging venues, co-ordinating the collation and circulation of meeting papers and agendas to committee members, and taking meeting minutes – together with diary management, provision of business support to senior directors and general office support.
Core attributes are excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well developed administration and organisational abilities, and a willingness to be a team player.
