Salary: £20,827 – £22,402 per annum

This is a truly exciting time to join Bridgwater & Taunton College (BTC), which has achieved unprecedented success in its response to the workforce skills, competence and compliance agenda for the “first-in-a-generation” new nuclear build at Hinkley Point C.

As a result we are looking for a conscientious, enthusiastic individual, with excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills to join the team. Reporting to the Centres of Excellence Business Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for

Delivering a high quality, efficient experience for our HPC stakeholders who utilise the Centres of Excellence.

Handling training enquiries, both repeat business and new – from the initial enquiry to liaising with the College finance to administer the invoice

Handling the administration required for the various skills test delivered ( such as booking paperwork, sending joining instructions, payments, reporting and invoicing

Supporting with the planning of VIP visits and provide extensive administrative support such as booking carparking, catering and rooms.
