Overview
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic band 3 CLA Team Administrator Support to a permanent post within the *Award
Winning* Children Looked After Team (CLA).
The post is for 22.5 hours per week to support Adoption and the processes surrounding this.
The post holder must be resilient, enthusiastic and committed to team and multi-disciplinary working. Time management skills are essential
alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating and empathetic and compassionate approach.
The post will require an adaptable and dynamic individual who will be flexible within the rapid changing environment of CLA. There will be an
opportunity to negotiate a flexible working pattern alongside some working from home.

The post holder will be expected to appropriately manage confidential, complex and sensitive information, exercising discretion, upholding high
professional and ethical standards at all times. The post holder is required to maintain the Trust’s values and core standards.
The post holder must also have the ability to work flexibly and independently, liaising with the clinical staff to prioritise statutory health services for this most vulnerable cohort of children and young people.

- To work alongside the Band 4 Administrator and the CLA Nurse Lead for Adoption to collate key health and social care information
from a variety of sources in preparation for ADM, and in preparation for medical reports for adoption.
- Liaison with other professionals from both health and other statutory agencies.
