Salary: Up to £23,000
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Location: Southend
Duties:
Investigate new complaints
Resolve all complaints in timely manner
Respond to calls, emails, letters etc
Skills:
Experience in a customer service/complaints
Great communicator
Computer literate
