The BRIDGE Project (Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse Support Service) delivers a range of prevention programmes, both 1:1 work and group work.

This work is offered on a casual basis at a rate of £13.66/hour.

    Early Childhood Partnership is a charity working across Bedfordshire, and a subsidiary of One YMCA. Our Domestic Abuse Support Service is working hard to end the harm done through domestic abuse by providing holistic (whole family) and empowering support to survivors and delivering behaviour change programmes to perpetrators to stop the abuse.

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our specialist services team working with perpetrators of Domestic Abuse who are undertaking our Bridge Programme. We are currently recruiting male and female sessional facilitators for both our group programme (currently running in the evening) and 1-2-1 work (daytime/evening) with clients across Bedfordshire. Our aim is to support those who perpetrate domestic abuse to end their violent and abusive behaviour.

    Candidates will need to have an understanding of Domestic Abuse and how it affects women, men and children and ideally have previous experience of delivering behaviour change work. Training will be provided and the successful candidates will be expected to attend additional training, supervision and treatment management sessions.
