Professional Products Division
The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair products. The brands within this division are L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Redken, Pureology, Matrix, Biolage, and Pulp Riot. You Will…
Become the Events producer champion in line with the Professional Products Division strategy, contributing to overall growth of brand portfolio by contributing to the quality of execution of every event, challenging the norm and delivering flawless and excellent quality of work. Foster collaboration and information amongst the team and brands and development of expertise and know-how in this sector. Take ownership of all events (personally and alongside a team) and full responsibility for supervising the entire process of all the remits that you are responsible for.
Mobilise other departments to support events strategy bringing about new ways of thinking and working to re-energise and modernise the sector – key to work alongside the wider Professional Products team, internal and external stakeholders. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in commercial and marketing team is up to highest standards for delivery with a true understanding of events remit.
Work alongside brand teams to define strategy, measurable targets and deliver to these targets for all events. Work in close collaboration with the business to identify ongoing and future events’ needs.
Gain buy-in of stakeholders and plan resource and to budget accordingly.
Take full accountability of the role and the responsibilities that it entails. Set clear measurable business objectives and timelines for all events, as agreed with the relevant business stakeholders. Help lead and drive execution of all events in a collaborative approach to meet or exceed business objectives, on time and on budget (full responsibility of PPP).
Ensure ongoing clear communication process so that all stakeholders and business are engaged throughout, positively driving influence for change. Find ways to engage with more hairdressers.
