Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Executive Directors
Location: Bolton
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at OFG.
Job Purpose
You will coordinate and provide high quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Directors and support another as needed. The Executive Directors are based throughout the UK so will be proactive in supporting them from the Bolton Office. You will manage all communications and diaries as required, including preparing agendas, invites, and action lists.
The EA will support in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the premises and equipment, facilitating a safe environment for staff and visitors to the OFG Office at all times, working with an awareness that the NFA Group provides a professional fostering, education & residential national service.
This is a very rare and exciting opportunity to join our exciting & growing company. This role will not only give you an insight into our industry but will develop you professionally by working so closely with our Executive Directors.
Who we are looking for?
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience within a similar role and a proven track record of excellent organisational and planning skills. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will have high levels of integrity and discretion as you will provide a confidential and effective point of contact for the Executive Directors. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing diaries, including travel and accommodation, therefore, working on your own initiative is essential and experience with event coordination is desirable.
