We have an exciting opportunity available for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team working on a full time permanent basis, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. The Food and Beverage Supervisor Role:
Open all year round, as a Food and Beverage Supervisor you play a pivotal role working closely with the Food & Beverage / Retail Manager to the run our Forest Retreat building, the hub of the location.
This is our reception, the first port of call for guests checking in on their holiday. It houses a shop, bar, and restaurant. Opening hours are location and season dependant but there are no late openings which allows a better work/life balance.

Our ideal Food and Beverage Supervisor:
We are looking for dynamic individuals with a real passion for delivering great service (and great food), with a strong work ethic as delivering exceptional customer service is essential. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver on our exceptional brand standards making sure every guest experience that Forest Feeling. The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and a professional rapport with guests is essential.
Experience of working in a fast paced food and beverage or retail environment is essential. You must be able to work individually and as one team, while always looking for ways to go and above and beyond, putting our guests at the heart of everything you do.
