An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People and Organisational Development Directorate as Head of HR. This role drives our People culture, leads a strong HR Team, and carries a key leadership role across the organisation.
Qualities to be successful in this role include compassionate leadership, strategic thinking and operational delivery, strong line management experience and excellent communication skills. We are an ambitious organisation in a period of strategic development, bringing forward-thinking strategies and systemic changes into our planning and we encourage the successful person in this role to bring an influencing voice.
As an experienced, qualified and professional individual, this could be your first step up into an HR leadership role or be an opportunity which continues to grow your HR leadership career. Whether moving from the public, private or not for profit sector, breadth of knowledge and experience will bring value into this role as St Margaret’s has clinical, retail, fundraising and professional service functions.
One key project will be to lead on the HR, Learning Management, Volunteer and E-rostering IT System upgrade embedding changes into the organisation working with key departments to prepare the staff for new self and line management processes
