The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Reporting to the Front of House Coordinator the Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for making sure our guests receive a 5-star experience! Whether you’re on the reception desk checking guests in, greeting guests as they arrive outside our Hotel lobby, managing the guest flow from the Hotel exit into the Resort (checking their tickets, sharing your resort knowledge) or even assisting guests with their luggage you’ll be part of the team who make their stay extra special, full of memories to cherish!

Please note – internally this role is known as Hotel Front of House Assistant

About the role of Hotel Receptionist

As a Hotel Receptionist you will demonstrate a high standard of customer service at check in, check out and with ad hoc guest queries
