We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a lively and enthusiastic HR Administrator to work within our fast-paced Central HR department based at Dereham Sixth Form College.

    Working as part of a busy team you will provide customer focused administrative support. The role will require a flexible approach as we often need to react promptly.

    To be considered for the role you ideally will possess the following:

    Flexibility to work under own initiative and as an integral part of the team to meet the differing challenges of the workload.

    Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.

    Ability to work as part of a team but also to work under your own initiative with a “can-do” attitude.

    Good organisational skills.

    Highly confident in using a computer with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.

    Strong prioritisation and attention to detail skills.

    A high regard for Confidentiality with particular consideration to maintaining data under Data Protection regulations.

    An outstanding standard of written and spoken English with a pleasant telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

    Trustworthy, reliable, tactful and flexible

    Keen to learn and develop professionally in HR processes and electronic platforms.
