Canterbury City Council, a district council situated in the heart of the Garden of England, is excited to bring its housing service back in house (since October 2020).
We are looking for an Income Recovery Officer to join our diverse ‘Income and Money Advice Team’. Do you like helping people but also have some experience of having difficult conversations?
We want an experienced person who has good customer service skills, who is well-versed and quick to learn best practices around income recovery and welfare reform, who can find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record of delivery. You will get support from your manager and team.
