We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Marketing team.
The role will proactively support our Marketing & Communications Manager and cover a variety of marketing activities. This will include creating content for both the Saxon Weald and Weald Living websites, writing and scheduling engaging posts for our social media channels, as well as internal communications. You will also be responsible for researching and implementing various marketing campaigns, supporting the sale of our shared ownership homes, and providing event support throughout the year.
A key priority for the Marketing & Communications Executive is to manage Saxon Weald’s social media channels. This includes regularly monitoring and reporting on their activity, and ensuring comments and messages received are responded to promptly and with care.
In this role, you will be responsible for writing and proofreading a range of content to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy, and ensure all communications are in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). An eye for detail is therefore an essential skill for this role.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
have a passion for marketing, with experience in producing, managing, and delivering engaging content in line with an organisation’s values
hit the ground, whilst being creative and ambitious
have excellent writing, communication, and proofreading skills, with a critical eye for detail
make a varied and valuable contribution to the Marketing & Communications team
be personable, confident, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude

Our Marketing & Communications team is here to effectively communicate key messages and information to Saxon Weald’s internal and external customers. They are responsible for providing a professional service across the organisation, to ensure the profile of the company is maintained at a high level. This includes campaigns to support the sale of our shared ownership homes, the creation of our own publications and sales literature, corporate events, and sales support, as well as maintaining our websites and internal communication platform, Workplace. The team is also responsible for maintaining excellent internal relationships and contributing towards Saxon Weald being a great place to work!
