New year, new job! We have flexible work available, full time and part time opportunities for experienced nursery workers and for people new to the sector who are interested in gaining experience and looking for flexible hours.

We are currently recruiting for a Nursery assistant based in or around Bicester to work within a variety of nurseries supporting children up to 5 years old. This role will be based in day nurseries and you will be working alongside a team to provide the best care for the children.

We will work around your availability regarding shifts and hours. The usual shift times for these clients would start between 8.00-9.00 and finish between 5.00-6.00. If you are looking for specific hours please do get in touch as we will have a number of other opportunities available as well.

    This role will involve supervising the children, doing fun activities such as reading, arts and crafts and other play activities outdoors, assisting with mealtimes, nap times and ensuring the safety of the children. A full induction will be carried out on your first shift with this client and training will be provided.

    Suitable candidates for this position would ideally have experience working as a nursery worker, nanny, childminder, baby sitter, or experience caring for young children. We are also happy to recruit new candidates to the sector as trainees.
