Phlebotomist & Pathology Coordinator | Band 2/3 depending on experience | Tunbridge Wells | Full Time.
Spire Tunbridge Wells has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Phlebotomist & pathology Coordinator to join our highly skilled and patient focused. Team as full training will be provided.
Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 28 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including two operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. There are outpatient and physiotherapy departments providing services six days a week
Duties and responsibilities:
To take venous bloods safely from patients on the wards and outpatient departments
To make sure samples are ready for collection on time.
To work within a team and also lone working,
Who we’re looking for:
Basic computer skills
Ability to learn new skills
Good time management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to prioritise the demands of changing workload
