Process Support Assistant
This role is working within our Finance department dealing with confirmations of orders from Growers, processing rejections and creating purchase orders.
This role is Sunday-Thursday working (Fridays & Saturdays off), 40 hours a week. Start and finish times would be discussed at interview stage.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Support departmental teams daily process duties data entry and administration
Process various customer data into Business systems
Process various product / grower data into Business systems
Liaise with commercial and finance teams to ensure right first-time processing of data to support invoicing process
Maintain and update missing data / administration tasks to support right first-time processing of data
Manage and upload data and support administration to ensure information is loaded correctly onto data systems and in a timely fashion
