Location: Taunton – Bridge Street
Hours: 14 hours per week – to be a Sunday plus one week day
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £9.50 per hour.
£6,935.02 pro rata based on 14 hours per week
Annual Leave Entitlement: Initial entitlement 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays), rising to 35 days after 1 year and increasing dependent on length of service.
About the role
By joining us you will quickly become part of a great Retail Team that we are proud to say consists of over 700 dedicated individuals and volunteers. The team’s commitment, skills, passion, and energy combine to deliver significant income, enabling our clinical colleagues to deliver their services to nearly 5,000 people across Somerset.
Keeping our shop running smoothly on a Sunday is down to the hard work of our retail staff and team of volunteers. We are currently looking for a Sunday Sales Assistant who would be available to work Sunday’s plus one day in the week in our Taunton Clothes Shop.
Ideally you would have some retail background, but if you are looking to take those first steps into Retail then this opportunity would also suit you as we offer a full induction and training programme. You will provide support to the Manager and Deputy Manager with the day to day running of the shop, receiving, and sorting donations and greeting and assisting with customer enquiries.
