Do you want to join a growing Digital Tech team using innovative technology within urgent care? Do you want to be part of an agile team where no two days are the same?
This is a fantastic opportunity working with an ambitious and enthusiastic team that is driven to continuously improve and evolve. You will be providing remote and on-site 1st line IT support for IC24 & CLEO Systems users located at our contact centres, offices and remote clinical bases during normal business hours and out-of-hours through the on-call rota. You will log Service Desk Incidents & requests for End Users over the phone & via the online service portal.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an IT Department carrying out 1st line technical support & Service Desk duties and have knowledge of Windows IT systems. In return we offer a competitive package including the chance to join the company pension scheme.

Location Ashford, Kent
Hours Available Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week with additional on call responsibility
