This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for recruiting all our apprentices, managing the end to end process, hiring circa 30/40 apprentices a year whilst offering coordination and admin support to our existing Early Careers Talent Acquisition specialist. This will include scheduling interviewing’s, managing large datasets, posting job advert and talking to lots of potential new graduates and apprentices to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will help with contacting universities, establishing key new relationships. You will schedule and manage any assessment centres that maybe required and liaise with our upcoming starters to ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding.

This year will be our busiest UK graduate intake yet. What you’ll get in return is the opportunity to join a great and collaborative team. You will learn new skills in a busy, varied and rewarding role.
