What you will do
You will source and build a quality pipeline through active and passive sourcing channels to attract top talents
You will execute active recruitment strategies (channels and profiles) for Veed by owning the end-to-end hiring process
You’ll ideate and work towards continuous improvement of hiring processes based on best practices and indicators for future job performance .
You’ll report progress and activities on priority positions and organize your week based on priorities to fill roles in a timely manner
You’ll train hiring managers in interviewing and hiring best practices to ensure everyone involved is aligned and striving for the same goal
You will partner with hiring managers, to assess talent requirements ,provide regular updates to them and advise on the best hiring strategy
You will independently manage the end to end recruitment process for a variety of roles including Engineering, product, business, marketing.
What you will need on that journey:
You have solid experience in Talent Acquisition
You are aware of hiring best practices, and you ideally applied them to hiring processes already
You enjoy sourcing and networking
You know how to attract passive candidates through various channels
You like to crunch numbers to identify potential for process improvements
You are an empathetic people person who loves to engage with candidates
You can handle multiple requisitions without losing track of what’s going on
You are based in the EU or UK or similar time zone and love to work remotely.
