Stockton & District Advice & Information Service require a Trainee Caseworker
This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn at a busy Citizens Advice Service in Stockton-on-Tees. The Caseworker Training Programme is for up to 3 years, and will provide extensive opportunities for training and legal work with clients on a range of welfare law subjects.
The programme will include:
completion of NACAB (National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux) Adviser Certificate Programme
completion of Specialist Caseworker Training at AQS standard in at least one of the following subject areas (Community Care, Employment, Welfare Benefits, Housing
experience of managing a personal caseload in one of the above subject areas
Full training, support and regular supervision will be provided.
Applicants must have a degree in Law, Health or Social Care or another related subject area.
